Yes! Our team is happy to walk you through each step to help you find the perfect match for your special event! we offer a free 15-minute consult
What is your cancellation policy?
our experiences are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Events require a 7-day notice for all requests to reschedule an event. We will also provide a complimentary 12'x12' dome in case of inclement weather should you choose to proceed with your original date
Do you offer customized events outside of the themes listed?
Absolutely! If you have a theme in mind, we are happy to partner with you to bring your vision to life. Contact us today to learn more.
Is a deposit required to book?
we require a 50% deposit on all bookings payable at the time of reserving your date.
